DECISION-NOT-APPROPRIATE:-PM-GILANI i

COMMENTS;
This is for Action Forum of public wisdom
The PM has been convicted, Judgement is not same as may have been for common man; the guilt and nor symbolic penulity is another dimension of discrimination of law as per ranks. It is fallacy of doctrine of need and discrimination that will encourage more corruptions; financial and administrative. It will be referred in future since my guilt matches with Gilani PM, so punishment too should.
Democracy in Pakistan is down the hill, to up dynasty. God forbid!
Decision not appropriate: PM Gilani

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, after being convicted by the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) in the non-implementation of the apex court’s ruling on the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO), showed dissatisfaction over the verdict, Geo News reported Thursday.
While talking to Geo News, he said that the judgment by the SC bench was not proper.
He said that he asked for justice and hoped that legal formalities would be met.
Legal aides will decide about appealing against the SC’s verdict, the convicted PM added.
The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday ruled that Gilani is guilty of contempt for refusing to obey an order to write to the authorities in Switzerland to ask them to re-open corruption cases against President Asif Ali Zardari, Geo News reported Thursday.
“For reasons to be recorded later, the prime minister is found guilty of contempt for wilfully flouting the direction of the Supreme Court,” said Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk.
Prime Minister Gilani stood before the SC to hear the verdict in contempt case for not implementing the apex court’s ruling on the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO).
PM Gilani was punished till the rising of the court for violating Article 63 (1)(g) of the Constitution.
