This is for Action Research Forum of public wisdom;
Inception of Nazeer Hussain is a highly valuable initiative as a symbol of dedicated collective efforts of state-of-the art knowledge promotion. For survivability and sustainability it is the age of information. Often, we hear from elder’s table talks that our certain personalities were extraordinary genius and authority but they left behind no knowledge legacy and institutionalizing of their knowledge, if they had so. Throughout aftermath of Islamic era, hardly one finds with rigorous proofs contributions on the ground as a mix model of faith and culture together. As such there were no formal platforms for institutionalizing the expertise which may go generation by generation in science and technology.

On the contrary certain fears are expressed about the crux of knowledge and meta- knowledge road map, see the link: http://sunedu.wordpress.com/2008/11/08/fearsome-past-of-faith-and-scientific-research-mindsets-how-future/
However in knowledge mining and building, the Greeks Logic that is key of competency is imperative and triggered supremacy battle of Logic (brain power) and Whims (Heart clicks) which does not allow further reasoning . By itself the strife for promotion of knowledge is the most vital ‘Holy War’, which was neglected by Muslims. In words of public wisdom “after partition of British India we succeeded in changing “Ram Bagh into Aram Bag” only contribution, OR call each other Hajji whether Hajj is performed or not.
In western world reasoning is fundamental core of learning and adopted in curricula at all levels, to understand ‘Fallacy’ most damaging part of thinking – false into truth. Over there, even school kids cannot be forced by compulsion that my dad wants so, unless they are given understandable reason to him.
Since early education they are applying analogies and syllogism although these are week logical forms. But our curse is our ‘do-not-know’ is vast that makes ignorant but my in build feudal mindset calls it will of God ‘RAZA-e- ILLAHI’.
Good wishes to your initiatives, no political party of Pakistan has any credibility of such instances. We are found of applying faith commandments of choice by means of might- is-right, and trading ‘Heaven and Hell’ seats, which is flourishing Jinnah’s created Pakistan (a legend of knowledge).
NAZEER HUSSAIN UNIVERSITY WILL GO A LONG WAY TO RID DEFICIENCIES.
GOOD LUCK

He said that highly qualified teachers living outside the country would also participate in the process of teaching through video conferencing.
