Some our valued clients/ customers have booked and paid full long back or partial amounts prescribed original price and premiums with their multiple objectives including investment opportunity advertised originally by Mustahkam Pvt Ltd. We trust, this adv (advertisement) by Mustahkam as synonym is for Mustahkam Pvt Ltd, (Al-Hilal Society, Univ Road, Karachi).
ADV ANOMALY. In case of anomaly pointing above, this rundown may be ignored, otherwise the deductive truth is obvious; touching the nose round the neck, is anxiety to stress clients/ customers and maligning them under the shield.

6. Recently the eveningers including ‘Jisarat’ and others on 5 June, 12 June and many more are continuously displaying large sized adv for bulk buying of Ahsan Garden and Ahsan Grand City plots, rather uplifting the marketing of Ahsan sites, but the Ahsan developers are not realistic to marketing and suppressing such opportunities to grow by anti-marketing practices.
7. Some of the office Ahsan staff is involved fake real estate agency insideunder the table deals by barricading file transfers openly, as fulfillment of legacy needs, again damaging clients/ customers natural needs.
8. Mostly site developers fetch investors’ interest and safe guards for quick development, so the obligations of administration include transparency and accuracy supports to real estate transactions from A to Z and earn reputation to this effect refer GULSHAN MAYMAR and many more. But in Ehsan’s case single handedly they are detracting the normal path of real estate, by unduly restricting promotion of prospective clients/ customers, and of the cuff condemning such promotions see the adv a case of harmful intents spoiling the market value up trends of site.
9. In the indicated adv there are three self contradictory slogans of the developers

Reading all three slogans together one easily conclude self contradictoryInvestors protections by not transacting the business. So much so hindsight of one sided restrictions, clients/ customers demands protective measures collectively or individually for their interests by; legal
course/ public protests/ media propagation of public interests/ means ofelectronic social media (YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK etc) for awareness,and guarding vigilance body to safeguard the valuable investment plots

otherwise the mindset may go out of tune hegemonic against clients/customers’ rights and site developers obligations.
