1.  Electronics goods out of date, and technology has changed now on DC current, NO sell on AC current.

2.  Furniture in bedroom is not worth, for a new house may not attract to buyer, more attractive to KABARI, if any.

3.   The option (B), if sorted out what u want to retain, piece meal sell, may be explored.

4.  Exploring any other option, if proposed.

NOTE: spend ing one week or 2 over here for meaningless sorting is not worrh for money gain, it is upto you. If any stuff is onloan, after 10 +6 years usage and generation gap in quality and their electric consumption rate, it is likewise not worth too for spending time here.

NOTE-1: Overall considerable structural maintenance, tear and wear including turmoil effects has damaged.

NOTE-2: Other junks: used books, beddings, other debris may be demanding more time efforts, than recovery.

NOTE-3: Else if any, can think about, or wait and see. At the most I prepare with some help video and JPG, if desired for image inspection.
