‘PRESIDENT, PM ACTIONS HAVE IMMUNITY’- DURING OFFICIAL TENURE
COMMENTS;
This is for Action Research Forum of public wisdom;
Surprisingly the PPP law fleet defense on lifetime corruption of certain ranks and files are immunized by acquiring the specific chair for their lifetime is repeatedly announcing fallacies (nonsense). It may be mouth of Naik, Awan, Kaira and anybody; fallacies cannot give them easy outlet for making target that one acquires certain political rank just to seek pardon of past sins. Virtues and sins follow natural law not human prejudicial law. Likewise the two greatest sins of Nawaz can never be pardoned; storming of SC and making Karachi Bruit. The guilt is tagged with conscience for lifetime, so doers cannot be holy cow.
What Naik is expressing (logically false), remember example of Peru junta, will preparing for end; Awan, Gilani , and others corruption paraphernalia.

ISLAMABAD: Federal Law Minister Farooq H. Naek Saturday said that the actions taken by president, prime minister and ministers have constitutional immunity under article 242 of the constitution and they can not be challenged.
Talking to media outside the Sindh High Court, the federal minister said that it is not written anywhere in the Contempt of Court amendment that court’s decision does not apply on prime minister or president.
Naek said that the government respects the judiciary and it doesn’t want to curtail powers of the latter.
On appointment of judges, the law minister said that the bar councils and law ministry should also have a right to recommend names. He said that there is a need to make amendments in this regard.
He said that they want clashes among institutions, adding if all three institutions work under the parameters set in the constitution then democracy could not be derailed.
