COMMUNICATION NORMS AND PRACTICES
The communication skills are applied academic subject; conventionally often ignore its vitality to transform the thoughts to express into appropriate model forms.
In typical conversation and communication involving huge audience on electronic media in open and in camera sessions, there are certain norms manifested for precise deliverance in scientific manner. These are knows as communication norms, which should be well versed to participants in order to effectively utilize time of all audience viewers (may be parliamentary sessions or otherwise).
Nonetheless, their lack in deliverance would make it hodgepodge and loss of interest in sessions. These norms are reproduced here may be customized on need basis and displayed for use of all.
Communication norms are discourse patterns which are proper and respectful.
While persuading the argument in formal communication/ conversation one need to follow a discipline conforming rules such as;
1. Speaking or listening one person at a time.
2. Addressing single caption at a time.
3. Deliverance should be attributed; no duplication, no humiliation, no distraction, no alteration, no correction, no deception, no interruption, no contradiction, no derision, no recursion, no indecency or as customized. Referee(s) can object by alert as one of the above. Depending on alerts are raised and accepted the quality communication can be indexed.
4. Such disciplinarian training of communication will go a long way to produce valuable and interesting sessions match able with international standards.
