• Economic development loss targeting; energy, skills, research and development, education, health, infra-structure, services, employment, tranquility, inflation, civil society and other positive elements.
• Negative impacts are in more solidarity; financial corruptions, functional corruptions, suspicion on neighborhood, influx of arms, militancy and violence, depressions human and economic, and almost all upright.
• This imbalance of positives and negatives by aggressions are dragging this zone in complexities worst than WWII scenario.
